Born and raised in Sea Cliff, Long Island, founder & designer Christine Cournand is anything but a newcomer to the world of fashion. Her father, a pioneer in the Euro-American fragrance trade, inspired her to love all things vogue. Immersed in an ultra-creative environment, Christine started designing her own clothing at age seven. She went on to attend the Laboratory Institute of Merchandising (LIM) in NYC, graduating early with a BFA in Fashion Merchandising. After being recruited by a major department store and getting a feel for the industry, Christine opened her first retail business in Locust Valley in the early 1980's. The sportswear shop thrived for almost ten years.

Now, after traveling abroad and trying her hand at interior decorating; Christine is back, debuting her new boutique that embodies a lifetime of retail experience and design technique. Holding her fashion morals close to her heart, Christine believes One Last Look represents a period of time when the quality of clothing was high and the purchase was worthwhile. Each woman is different and deserves that one gorgeous piece of clothing that speaks to them. Acting as a personal stylist to every customer that visits, Christine wants you to love each piece of "art" as much as she does.
