Consign your items with us that no longer bring you joy & make room in your wardrobe for new items that do excite you !

We take in items based on season and are currently accepting women's gently loved and new clothing, accessories and handbags (Please check out our brand list to see which designers we accept.

Consignments are accepted Tuesday-Friday until 3:00 pm.

  • Items priced $1000 and under:   You receive 50%

    Items priced $1,000-$3,000: You receive 60%

    Items priced between $3,000-$4,000: You receive 70%

    Items priced over $4,500: You receive 75%

  • Typically, women’s clothing, shoes and handbags have a 30% resale value. For example, if you purchased a dress for $100 (full retail), the resale value is about $30. There are certain brands that have a higher resale value (Chanel, Hermes, etc.), but 30% is usually the going rate. Please remember: we thoroughly research each and every item and can only sell them for the prices that the market will bear. We want to get as much as you do.

  • We only accept merchandise that is new or like new. Items must be pristine and clean, or dry cleaned. There must be no stains, pulls, marks, pills, holes or missing accessories (buttons, belts, etc.) Any item that is not up to these condition standards will be donated. Please check over your items carefully before consigning. We only accept 25 pieces of merchandise at one time. We are not responsible for your hangers, boxes or dust bags. When bringing items in, please have them neatly folded in a bag. You do not need to hang them up or put plastic over them.

  • We do not accept counterfeit or non authentic merchandise. We authenticate each luxury item based on the serial number and overall condition of the item. Additionally, we have authenticators that we work along with to ensure the item is authentic. If you have any reason to believe the item you want to consign is not authentic, do not bring it in.  

  • We accept spring & summer merchandise at the end of February and fall & winter merchandise at the end of August. We will accept out of season merchandise but it will be stored in our facility until we put it out on the floor. Item description

  • If you receive an email from us that you have merchandise that is being returned to you, you will have one month to retrieve your items. If you no not want your items back , we will donate them for you. If you can not make it back within one month , please let us know and we will hold them . Please pick up sooner rather than later. We can mail back your items via USPS if requested, but postage cost will come from your account. * WE WILL NOT DONATE YOUR DESIGNER ITEMS*

  • We do not discount within the first 30 days of an item being on the floor.  After 30 days the item will be discounted 10%. Each month that passes after that the item will be discounted an additional 10%

    After 90 days, we have the right to donate any unsold merchandise at our discretion. We donate to several local charities. We do not give donation receipts for tax purposes.

  • After your account hits $75, we will send out your first check. Checks go out on the 15th of every month. We do not specify what is included in each check. Please call or email us if you would like to know exactly which items were sold/included in your check. We also sell online. When we sell an item on certain online platforms, the buyer has 14 days to return it. It might not reflect in your account as sold until after the 14 days is up. We enter our online selling figures once a month on the 15th before the checks go out.
